ULTRASONIC SOLVENT CLEANING SYSTEMS AND EQUIPMENT

Solvent cleaning is used for water sensitive components and assemblies, or for those applications where solvent provides improved process performance.

Environmental and Health & Safety concerns raised in the last decade have changed both the chemistry and the hardware technology. Solvents have now been modified or replaced to eliminate ozone depletion potential and other hazards. Equipment designs and operating processes have been totally re-engineered to reduce solvent emissions to near zero.

All our systems are designed to incorporate the latest Health & Safety and Environmental criteria and are tailored to meet the customer's specific requirements, including 110% free board ratio, rim extraction and chilled cooling for all four sides.

Systems are available for use with chlorinated solvents, brominated solvents, HFE solvents and low flash point solvents.
