AQUEOUS ULTRASONIC CLEANING SYSTEMS AND EQUIPMENT


All of our systems are bespoke and incorporate Caresonic's patented high efficiency ultrasonic generators and transducers. Because of our flexibility, ultrasonic frequencies and power levels can be varied to suit the application.

Each of our units, from single-stage basic tanks up to multi-stage, ultrasonic, rinsing and drying systems are tailored to suit the customer's specific application.

Our tanks are constructed in 316L stainless steel with 304L stainless steel panels. Controls can be mounted on the tank for smaller units or in a remote cabinet for larger systems. Automation can be provided as an option together with pumps, filters, lids, component baskets, hot air dryers, pure water systems, etc.

Caresonic engineers will advise and assist with all your cleaning problems and cleaning trials can be arranged at our factory. OEM enquiries welcome.
