Why choose Caresonic for your ultrasonic anilox roller cleaning needs?
Caresonic are the original pioneers in the use of ultrasound for cleaning anilox rollers. Our work in this area resulted in the development of our independent frequency sweep circuit which we use in all our ultrasonic generators.
Our unique frequency sweep automatically changes the frequency 100 times a second by +/- 2 KHz either side the nominal frequency and operates completely independently of the mains voltage, temperature and load. This means that a consistent sweep is guaranteed regardless of other factors. This technology has a worldwide patent and is unique to Caresonic. It also works differently from that of other ultrasonic manufacturers, with our competitors using frequency modulation which is influenced by the mains voltage and load.
We have over 1500 systems world wide operating on many different anilox rollers without any problems. Caresonic systems are recommended by several major Anilox roller manufacturers including Cheshire Engraving who will only recommend the Caresonic system. We recognise that other ultrasonic manufactures have developed systems that will clean anilox rollers without damage, however it would be incorrect to say that theirs would be any safer than ours.
The Caresonic system operates with one setting for all screen sizes of roller as the frequency sweep with autofollow will always give a safe and consistent clean by compensating to changes in load or temperature. Some competitors offer dual frequency in order to achieve the same results however this is open to operator error as it relies on the operator changing the frequency for the different screen sizes.
